described in Schedule. A to By-law 2084 of the f01'!Der
Township of Darlington.
WBEBEAS By-law No. 2084, passed by the Couno1l of the fomer To1m8b1p of
Darlington on the 16th da\r of December, 1951, conveyed lands, situate in
the south pari of lot 30, Concession 5 of the said Municipality', to
Hillcrest ReiBht Estates md
wmmEAS Schedule A, attached to By-law No. 2084 described the lands 80

complete and

of The Town of Newcastle to pass a By-law to OOfteot the description of

Enacts as follow-
1) That Schedule A of By-law No. 2084 be amended by adiling after the
10th line thereof the following
"Thence westerly and p~lel with the south limit of the said lot
a distance of 516 feet, six inches".
