By-Law Noo 75-96
Being a by-law to authorise the entering into an
Agreement with the Ministry of Housing with regard
to Clarion Investnents Incorporatedo
The Council of the Corporation of the TO\m of Ne~.,castle hereby enacts
as follow's:
1. THAT the Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorised to execute on behalf of
the Corporation of the Town of Newcastle and seal with the Corporate
Seal an Agreement between the Ministry of lhusing and the said
Corporation dated 3rd day of October, 1975 with regard to grant payable
to the Corporation relative to an Agreement between the Ministry of
Housing and Clarion Investments Incorporated.
By-law read a first time this 1st day of December,1975.
~ By-law read a second time this 1st day of December, 1975.
By-1m., read a third time and finally passed this 1st day of December, 1975.
