TOWN OF NEWCASTLE
BY-LAW No. 75- q V
A By-law to amend Restricted Area By-law No. 73-15, as
amended, of the former Village of Newoastle.
WHEREAS the Council of The Town of Newoastle deems it advisable
to further amend By-law No. 73-15 in order to provide for a lesser
number of required parking spaoes for Nursing Homes;
NOW TBEBEFORE the Counoil of The Corporation of the Town of
Newoastle hereby enacts as follows:
1 . That the Parking Spaoe Requirement Table of By-law
No. 73-15 of the former Village of Newoastle is hereby
amended by deleting the words "NURSmG HOME" after the
word "Hospi tal" in the eighth line thereof.
2. That the Parking Space Requirement Table of By-law
No. 73-15 of the former Village of Newoastle is hereby
further amended by adding thereto the following
requirement-
NURSING HOME - 1.0 Parking spaces per five (5) beds
or fraction thereof.

3. This By-law shall come into force on the date of
the passing hereof subject to the CLPproval of the
Ontario Municipal Board.
