HomeMy WebLinkAbout75-90 . . e- ~' ". ~ BY-LAW NO. 75-90 OF Ij THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF NEWCASTLE Being a by-law to establish certain lands as public highway forming part of the public highways known as Base Line Road and Cemetery Road WHEREAS the land hereinafter described is owned by The Corporation of the Town of Newcastle; AND WHEREAS it is desirable to establish the said land as public highway; NOW THEREFORE be it enacted and it is hereby enacted as a by-law of The Corporation of the Town of Newcastle by the Council thereof as follows: 1. The land hereinafter in this paragraph described is hereby established and laid out as a public highway to be and to form part of the public highway comprising the road allowance between the Broken Front Concession and Concession One in the Geographic Township of Darlington, also known as the Base Line Road. The said land hereby established as a public highway forming part of the pUblic highway known as the Base Line Road is described as follows: ALL AND SINGULAR that certain parcel or tract of land and premises, situate, lying and being in the Town of Newcastle, Regional Municipality of Durham, Province of Ontario, and being composed or all that portion of Lot No. 8 in the First Concession of the Geographic Township of Darlington, formerly in the Town of Bowmanville, County of Durham, and now within the said Town of Newcastle, more particularly designated as Parts 18, 19, 20 and 21, according to Plan 10 R 269, deposited in the Land Registry Office for the Registry Division of Newcastle (#10) on November 23rd, 1973. 2. The land hereinafter in this paragraph described is hereby established and laid out as a public highway to be and to form part of the public highway known as Cemetery Road. The said land so established as part or the public highway known as Cemetery Road is described as follows: .. '. , . -. - 2 - . ALL AND SINGULAR that certain parcel or tract of land and premises, situate, lying and being in the Town of Newcastle, Regional Municipality of Durham, Province of On1B:'io, and being composed of all that portion of Lot 8 in the First Concession of the Geographic Township of Darlington, formerly in the Town of Bowmanville, County of Durham and now within the said Town of Newcastle, more particularly designated as Part 22, according to Plan 10 R 269, deposited in the Land Registry Office for the Registry Division of Newcastle (#10) on November 23rd, 1973.
