THE CORPORAT ION OF THE
TOWN OF NEWCASTLE
By-Law Noo 75-9
A by-law to amend By-Law Noo 1784 of the
Town of Bowmanvi1le for the regulation of
traffico
WHEREAS the Corporation of the former Town of Bowmanville passed By-Law
Noo 1784 on the 8th day of December, 1960, for regulating traffic on the streets
and highways in the Town of Bowmanville and;
WHEREAS it is desirable to further amend By-Law No. 1784;
NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Newcastle
enacts as follows:
1. THAT Schedule "G" of By-Law No. 1784 of the former Town of Bowmanville be
amended by adding the following words:-
Lambert Street
South Side of King St. E.
North Side of Prince Street
2. This by-law shall not become effective until approved by the Regional
Municipality of Durham and the Ministry of Transportation and Communications
nor shall any particular provisions thereof become effective until sign or
signs (if any) applicable to such particular provisions has or have been
erected thereon and is or are on display.
