TOWN OF NEWCASTLE
BY-LAW NO. 75- 8 5"
A By-law to amend Zoning By-law Number 73-15 of
the former Village of Newcastle as amended
WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Town of New-
castle deems it adviseable to provide standards for development
in the former Village of Newcastle where there are sanitary sewers
but no public water system;
NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the Town of
Newcastle hereby ENACTS as follows:
1. Plate "C", Provisions for Residential Uses,
of By-law 73-15 of the former Village of
Newcastle is hereby amended by changing to
'Public Water and Septic Tank or Private
Wells and Sanitary Sewer' the following sec-
tions of the said Pla.to nett:

2. Plate "D", Provisions for Non-Residential
Uses of By-law 73-15 of the former Village of
Newcastle is hereby amended by changing to

3. This By-law shall come into force on the date
of the passing hereof subject to the approval
of the Ontario Municipal Board.
