THE CORPORATION OF THE
TOWN OF NEWCASTLE

BY-LAW NO. 75-76
being a by-law to amend Restricted Area
By-law 73-15 of the former Village of
Newcastle.
THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF
NFWCASTLE HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
THAT Section 10.122 of Restricted Area By-Law
73-15 of the former Village of Newcastle be amended by the
addition of the following:
"Hedges or fences of wood, wire or masonry construction which
have decorative purpose only and which serve no structural
purpose shall not be considered structures when calculating
. front, rear and side yard depths."
READ A FIRST, SECOND AND THIRD TIME and finally passed
