By-Law No.. 75-71
Being a by-law to authorize the execution
of the Quit Claim Deed in favour of Pande1
Holdings Limitedo
The Council of the Corporation of the Town of Newcastle hereby enacts
as follo~ls:-
1. THAT the Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized to execute, on behalf of
the Corporation of the Town of Newcastle, a Quite Claim Deed in favour of
Pandel Holdings Limited with regard to a part of the former Hare Property in
the former Village of Newcastle and to seal same with the Corporate Seal.
