By-Law Noo 75-69
Being a by-law to amend a Site Plan Agreement
with GoRoWo Construction Limited and Hillside
Heights (Oshawa) Limited as per By-Law Noo 74-70
as amended by Agreement with 296107 Ontario Ltdo
as per By-Law Noo 75-70
WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Newcastle did on
the 23rd day of September, 1974, enter into an Agreement with GoRoWo Construction
Ltmited and other parties with respect to the development of Block B of Plan 702,
and;
WHEF&\S the signing of the said Lgreement was authorised by By-Law
Noo 74-70 and;
WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the To,~ of Newcastle did
on the 24th day of January, 1975 enter into an Agreement with 296107 Ontario
. Ltmited to amend the aforesaid Agreement and;
rrnEREAS the parties to the said Agreement now consider it advisable to
further amend the aforesaid Agreement;
NOW THEREFORE be it hereby enacted by the Council of the Town of
Newcastle that the Mayor and Clerk be authorised to sign on behalf of the
Corporation the supplementary Agreement attached heratoo
