BY-LAW NO. fJ-63
A by-law to amend By-law No. 75-45.
Whereas the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Nwcastle deems
it advisable to amend By-law No. 75-45.
Now therefore the Council of The Corporation of The Town of Newcastle
eD8Cts as tollows:
(1) That BT-law No. 75-4, is hereby amended by deleting Schedule A
thereto and by substi tutirJg therefore Schedule A -I attach8d to
this By-law.
(2) The provisions of this by-law shall become effective when
(i) properly worded signs have been erected and a:re on displ~
and
(ii) when read a third time and finally passed by the Council
of !he Town of Newcastle.
