THE CORPORATION OF THE TO\.;1N OF NEWCASTIB
BY-LAW NUMBER 75-61
A by-law to amend Zoning By-law Number 1587 of the former
Town of Bowmanville
WHEREAS the Municipal Council of the Corporation of the Town of
Newcastle did on December 2, 1974, pass by-law 74-84 to provide for
the implementation of Section 35(a) of the Planning Act in certain
zone s ;
AND WHEREAS the Durham Commissioner of Planning and Development
advises that in two respects the said by-law ~xceeds the powers of the
Corporation;
NOW THEREFORE, the Municipal Council of the Corporation of the
Town of Newcastle hereby ENACTS as follows:
1. Section 7.22 (a) (v) of By-law Number 1587 is
hereby amended by deleting the words "loading
areas" therefrom.
2. Section 7.22 (a) (vii) of By-law Number 1587 is
hereby amended by inserting the word "and"
before the words "land drainage facilities" and
deleting the words "and sanitary sewerage fac-
ilities" from the section.
3.
No part of this By-law comes into force without
the approval of the Ontario Municipal Board, but
subject to such approval, this By-law takes
effect on the date hereof.
