\oIBERE.AS Sievert Jansma. and :Boukje Jansma. have by Indenture
dated the 14th dB\Y' of Maroh, 191;, granted and oonveyed to the
Corporation of the Town of Newoastle>> a. :parcel of land composed
of part of Lot Eighteen( 18) in the Fifth Concession of the
Geographio Township of Darlington~ formerly in the County of
Durham, for the purpose of a public hie;'hwa\y9
NOW TBEBEFOBE the Counoil of the Town of Newoastle hereby
enacts as follows:

That the part, being oomposed of aJ.l that portion of Lot
Eighteen (18) in the Firth Concession of the Geographic Township
of Darlington, fomerly in the County of Durham, more particularly
designated as Parts One (1) and Two (2) acoording to Plan 10R 449,
deposited in the Registry Office for the Registry Division of
Newcastle (10) on February 21 st, 1915, is hereby assumed and
dedicated as a public h1ghw~ whioh is hereby named "King Street".
