THE CORPORAT ION OF THE
TOWN OF NEWCASTLE
By-Law No. 75-40
Being a by-law to amend By...La~l No. 74-34
(as amend(4) being a by-law to regulate
the erection and provide for the safety
of buildings.
The Municipal Council of the Corporation of the Town of Newcastle
hereby enacts as fol1ows:-
1. THAT Section 13 of By-Law No. 74-34 passed on the eighteenth day of
March, 1974 is hereby amended by adding the following Sub-Section No. 5
"5. Successful tenderers for the construction of buildings owned by
the Town of Newcastle are required to take out building permits,
but they shall be at no cost.."
