THE CORPORATION OF THE
TOWN OF NIDvCASTLE
By-Law No. 75-35
Being a by-law to authorise the expenditure of
$100,000 by the Bowmanville Public Utilities
Commission and the issue of debentures for same
WHEREAS the Bowmanville Public Utilities Commission has requested Council
to debenture an amount of $100,000 on behalf of the Commission. The sum of
$100,000 to be used for the construction of new permanent electrical substatio~
AND WHEREAS such Capital Expenditures and Debentures is authorised by
Section 354(1) (53) of the Municipal Act (RoSoO. 1970 C. 284, So 354 (1) (53)
and Section 69 of the Power Commission Act RoS.O. 1970 C. 354 So 69(1);
NOW THEREFOR the Council of the Corporation of the TOvffi of Newcastle hereby
enacts as follows:-

That the Bowmanvil1e P.UoCo be authorised to expend the sum of $100,000
for new permanent electrical substation.
2. That the said amount be debentured over a term of twenty yearso
3. That the Principal and Interest be recovered proportiona11y over the
twenty year period from the sale of electric power through the applicable
rates.

(c) the issuance of the necessary
debentures by The Regional
Municipality of Durham
Chargeable to the applicant
corporation

application for an order amending
the previous order of the Board
dated the 13th day of June, 1975, by
referring to The Bowmanvi1le Public
Utilities Commission in part (a) of
the style of cause
