By-Law Noo 75-32
A by-IavT to adopt the District Plan of the
Town of Newcastle District Planning Area.
WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the TO'Vffi of Nc,'Tcastle deems
it advisable to adopt the District Plan of the To,~ of Newcastle District
Planning Area.
NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Newcastle,
in accordance with the provisions of The Planning Act, hereby ENACTS as
follows:
10 The District Plan of the Town of Ne,'lcastle District Planning Area
is hereby adoptedo
20 The Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to mwte application to the
Council of the Corporation of the Regional Municipality of Durham for
approval of the District Plan of the Town of Newcastle District
Planning Area.

This By-law shall come into force and take effect on the date of final
passing hereofo
