THE CORP o RAT ION OF THE
TOWN OF NEWCASTLE
By-Law No. 75-30
Being a by-law to authorize the execution by Officers of
the Corporation of the Town of Newcastle of an Agreement
with Her Majesty the Queen in the f-ight of Ontario as
represented by the Minister of Transportation and Communications,
pursuant to Section 19 of the Public Transportation and
Highway Improvement Act, R.SoOo 1970, Chapter 2010
WHEREAS it in ce~ned expedient that the Corporation of the Town of Newcastle
enter into a Connecting Link Agreement with the Queen in the Right of Ontario QS
represented by the Minister of Transportation and Communications for Ontario for
construction and maintenance of certain roads,
NOW THEREFORE, the Corporation of the Town of Newcastle enacts as
f0110\'1s:
THAT the Corporation of the TOvm of Newcastle enter into a Connecting
Link Agreement with Her Hajesty the Queen in the Right of Ontario as represented
by the Minister of Transportation and Communications for Ontario, and the Mayor
and Clerk are hereby authorized to sign the said Agreement on behalf of
the Corporationo
This by-law shall come into force and take effect after the passing thereofo
By-Law read a first, second and third time and passed at a meeting of the Municipal
Council on the 21st of April, 19750
