THE CORPORATION OF THE
TOWN OF NEWCASTLE
BY-LAW NO. 75-18
A by-law to amend By-Law No. 1784 being
a by-law for the regulation of Traffic
The Council of the Corporation of the Town of
Newcastle hereby enacts as follows:
1. That Sub-clause (1) of Clause 5 of By-law No. 1784 passed
by the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Bowmanville
on the 8th day of December, 1960 be amended by adding the
following words
"over any part of the road where grass is grown or which
is not intended for the use of vehicles."

2. This By-law shall not become effective until approved by
the Ministry of Transportation and COImnunications.
By-Law read a first and second time this
17th day of March
1975.
By-Law read a third time and finally passed this 17th day of
March, 1975.
