THE CORPORATION OF THE
TOWN OF NEWCASTLE
BY-LAW NO. 75-16
Being. a By-law to authorize repairs
to the Dog Pound.
WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the
Town of Newcastle deems it expedient and necessary to effect
repairs and alterations to the Municipal Dog Pound
NOW THEREFOR the Council of the Corporation
of the Town of Newcastle enacts as follows:
1. That the Municipal Dog Pound shall be repaired
at an estimated cost not to exceed $9,700.
2. That the work shall be carried out under the
Federal-Provincial Winter Capital Projects Fund.
_ By-Law read a first, second and third time and finally passed
this Srd day of March 1975.
