Being a by-law to establish and maintain
Petty Cash Fundso
WHEREAS Subsection 4 of Section 220 of the Municipal Act, (R.B.O.
1970, Chapter 284, Section 220) provides that the Council of a Municipality
may by by-law provide that the Treasurer may establish and maintain a
petty cash fund of an amount of moncy sufficient to makc change and to pay
small accounts, subject to such tcrms and conditions as the by-law may provide;
AND WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Newcastle
enacts as follows:-
10 THAT the following funds be set up:-
(a) Change Funds Drawer A $ 50.00
Drawer B 50.00
Bo"nnanvi11e Arena 60.00
Darlington Sports Centre 50..00
. Building Inspector 50..00
(b) Petty Cash Fund 40.00
$300..00
2. THAT By-Law No.. 74-75 be and is hereby repealed..
