THE CORPORATION OF THE
TOWN OF NEWCASTLE
By-Law Noo 75-12
Being a by-law to rescind By-Law NoD 74-9
(a by-law to appoint Mo Ross as Road Superintendent)
WHEREAS By-Law NoD 74-9 passed by the Council of the Corporation of
the Town of Newcastle on the 4th day of January, 1974 appointed Merrill L. Ross
as Road Superintendent of the municipality and;
WHEREAS the said Merrill L. Ross has resigned with effect January 31,
1975;
NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the Town of
Newcastle hereby enacts as follows:
1. That By-Law No. 74-9 be and is hereby repealedo
