BY-LAW No. 75-100
being a By-law to amend By-law No. 803 (Regulation
of traffic) of the former Village of Newcastle.
WHEREAS it is deemed expedient to amend Traffic By-law
No. 803 of the former Village of Newcastle
NOW THEREFOR the Council of the Corporation of the Town
of Newcastle ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
By-Law No. 803 of the former Village of Newcastle be amended
as follows:
'1. Paragraph 5. be added as follows:
5. Angle Parking Permitted on Specific Streets
When properly worded signs have been erected and are on display,
no person shall park a vehicle on the streets or parts of
streets hereinafter set out except at an angle of forty-five
degrees with reference to the edge of the roadway and so that
the front end of the vehicle shall be nearest to the edge of
the.roadway:-

2. The provisions of this By-law shall not become effective
until approved by the Ministry of Transportation and
Communications.
READ A FIRST TIME this 15th day of December A.D. 1975

READ A THIRD TIME AND FINALLY PASSED this 15th day of
December, A.D. 1975.
