THE CORPORATION OF THE
TOWN OF NEWCASTLE
By-Law No. 79-94
Being a by-law to appoint the Newcastle Hydro Electric Commission
WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Newcastle
deems in expedient to appoint a Hydro Electric commission
THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Newcastle
hereby enacts as follows:
THAT the following persons be appointed to the Newcastle Hydro
Electric Commission:
Mr. William Morrison
Mr. Irvine McCullough
Mr. Harvey Partner
Councillor Jasper W. Holliday
Mayor Garnet B. Rickard
Bowmanville
Newcastle
Orono
R. R. #1, Hampton
By-Law read a first and second time this 10th day of September 1979
By-Law read a third and final time and passed this 10th day of September 1979
