BY -LAW No. 79-84
Being a By-Law to authorize the entering into
a Subdivision Agreement with William and Viola
Ashton.
WHEREAS Council has approved the setting out and construction of
a subdivision;
AND WHEREAS it is a condition of such approval that the Developer
enter into a Subdivision Agreement;
N:JIY 'fHERER)RE the COllllCil of the Corporation of the Town of
Newcastle hereby ENACTS AS FDlJ..DWS:
1) TIIAT the Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized to
execute on behalf of the Corporation of the Town of
Newcastle, and seal with the Corrx:>ration Seal an Agreement
between William and Viola Ashton dated the .... ........
