THE CORPORATION OF THE
TOWN OF NEWCASTLE
By-law Number 79- 83
being a By-law to amend Restricted Area By-law
Number 2111 of the former Township of Darlington,
as amended.
WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Newcastle deems
it expedient to amend Restricted Area By-law Number 2lll of the former
Township of Darlington, as amended.
NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Newcastle
ENACTS as follows:
1.
Section 4(f) of By-law 2111, as amended, is hereby further amended
by adding thereto the following subsection (ix):
"(ix) That part of Scugog Road lying southerly from Concession
Road 4 (Taunton Road) and extending to the intersection
of Regional Road 1157 and Scugog Road. II
2. Key Map 18 of Schedule 'A' to By-law 2lll, as amended, is hereby
further amended by changing to Class 'A' Public Street the zone
designation of that part of the road allowance between Lots 15 and
16, Concession 3 and 4, shown as "CHANGE TO CLASS 'A' PUBLIC STREET"
on the attached Schedule "X" hereto.
3. This By-law shall come into effect on the date hereof, subject
to receiving the approval of the Ontario Municipal Board.
