'!he Council of the Corporation of the Town of Newcastle hereby enacts as
follows :
'lHAT By-Law #74-13 passed on January 4 1974 be and is hereby repealed.
By-Law read a first, second and third time this Twenty-Seventh Day of
August 1979.
