THE CORPORATION OF THE
TOWN OF NEWCASTLE
By-Law No. 79-65
Being a by-law to authorize the entering
into a Subdivision Agreement with East
Woodbridge Deve1opment3Ltd., Mutt Enterprises
Ltd. and Rye.lnvestnients Ltd.
WHEREAS Council has approved the setting out and construction
of a Subdivision
AND WHEREAS it is a condition of such approval that the
DeVeloper enter into a Subdivision Agreement;
NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the Town of
Newcastle hereby ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:-
.
(1) THAT the Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized to
execute on behalf of the Corporation of the Town
of Newcastle, and seal with the Corporation Seal
an Agreement between East Woodbridge Development
Ltd., Mutt Enterprises Ltd. and Rye Investments Ltd.
and the said Corporation dated the.......day of
..............., 1979, which is hereto on Schedule "A"
READ s first, second and third time and finally passed this
