'!HE CORPORATION OF THE
TOWN OF NEWCASTLE
By-Law No. 79-60
Being a by-law to amend By-Law No. 78-53
being a by-law to govern the proceedings
of the Council of the Town of Newcastle
and of its Committees~ the conduct of its
members and the calling of meetings.
The Council of the Corporation of the Town of Newcastle
hereby enacts as fo11ows:-
1) That Section 3.4 of By-Law No. 78-53 be hereby amended by
deleting the following words:-
"on seventy-two hours notice to the members"
.
BY-LAW read a first time this 16th day of July 1979.
BY-LAW read a second time this 16th day of July 1979.
BY-LAW read a third time and finally passed this 16th day of July, 1979.
