THE CORPORATION OF THE
TOWN OF NEWCASTLE
By-Law No. 79-57
Being a by-law to amend Town of Newcastle
By-Law No. 76-24.
WHEREAS it is deemed desirable to provide for the renewal of building
and demolition permits.
NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Town of Newcastle ENACTS as follows:-
(1) Schedule "A" of By-Law 76-24 of the Corporation of the Town of
Newcastle is hereby amended by the addition of the following
paragraph:
"Building and demolition permits may be renewed
for a six month period on the payment of a $20.00
renewal fee before the expiry of such permit."
By-Law read a first and second time this 18th day of June, 1979.
