THE CORPORATION OF THE
TOWN OF NEWCASTLE
By-Law No. 79- 48
Being a by-law to amend By-Law No. 79-1, being
a by-law to provide for the regulating of
parking, standing and stopping on highways or
parts of highways under the jurisdiction of the
Corporation of the Town of Newcastle and on
private and municipal property.
WHEREAS The Council of the Corporation of the Town of Newcastle
deems it desirable to amend By-Law No. 79-1;
NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the Town of
Newcastle ENACTS as fo11ows:-
(1) Schedule "B" - (No Stopping) of By-Law No. 79-1 is hereby amended
by adding the fo1lowing:-
Road Side From To Time
Waverley Road EAST Spry Avenue 160 m. 8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
Northerly MONDAY - FRIDAY, inclusive
Waver1ey Road WEST Rhonda Blvd. 110 m. 8:30 a.m. - 4: 30 p.m.
(South Exit) Northerly MONDAY - FRIDAY, inclusive
