lliE CORPORATION OF THE
TOWN OF NEWCASTLE
By-Law No. 79-31
Being a by-law to authorize the entering into an
Agreement with Robert Wing.
WHEREAS Robert Wing is desirous of building a house on Lot 2, Concession 6,
South Clarke Township;
AND WHEREAS the property abuts an unimproved road;
AND WHEREAS Mr. Wing has offered to reimburse the Corporation for all monies
expended by the Corporation with respect to improvements to the said road;
AND WHEREAS Mr. Wing has offered to improve the said road to the
Corporation's satisfaction;
NOW lliEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Newcastle
hereby ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:-
(1)
THAT the Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized to
execute on behalf of the Corporation of the Town
of Newcastle, and seal with the Corporation Seal
an Agreement between ~bert Wing and the said
Corporation dated ...~...... day of ........
........ .!tIA.lk..., 1979, which is hereto on
Schedule "A".
BY-LAW READ a first and second time this 9th day of April, 1979.
BY-LAW READ a third time and finally passed this 9th day of April, 1979.
