THE CORPORATION OF THE
TOWN OF NEWCASTLE
BY-LAW NO. 79-141
Being a By-law to amend By-law #79-1, being a By-law
for the regulation of parking, standing, or stopping
on highways under the jurisdiction of The Corporation
of The Town of Newcastle.
WHEREAS the Council of The Corporation of The Town of Newcastle did enact By-
Law #79-1 for the regulation of parking, standing, or stopping on highways under
the jurisdiction of The Corporation of The Town of Newcastle.
AND WHEREAS it is deemed expedient to amend the said By-law to regulate the
parking of vehicles on the east side of Temperance Street in the area of the
Bowmanvil1e Public Library.
THEREFORE the Council of The Corporation of The Town of Newcastle hereby Enacts
as fol1ows:-

Schedule "rr' (parking for restricted periods) to By-law #79-1 is hereby
amended by adding thereto and under the corresponding column thereof, the
following:-
