BY-LAW NO. 79-140
Being a By-law to amend By-law #79-1, being a
By-law to provide for the regulating of parking
and stopping on Highways under the jurisdiction
of The Corporation of The Town of Newcastle.
WHEREAS the Council of The Corporation of The Town of Newcastle deems it
expedient to amend By-law #79-1 as amended; be further amended as follows:
(1) That "Schedule 'E' respecting the location of parking meters" is
hereby amended by deleting the following words in column 111, "Queen
Street to Wellington Street".
(2) That "Schedule 'E' respecting the location of parking meters"
is hereby amended by substituting the following in column 111:-
llQueen Street to 35 meters north of Church".
