THE CORPORATION OF THE
TOWN OF NEWCAS TLE
By-law Number 79- 136
being a By-law to amend Restricted Area By-law
Number 1592~ as amended, of the former Township
of Clarke.
WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Newcastle DEEMS
it advisable to amend Restricted Area By-law Number 1592, as amended,
of the former Township of Clarke.
NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Newcastle
ENACTS as follows:

1.
Section 5.3 of By-law 1592, as amended~ is hereby further amended
by adding thereto the following subsection (c):
"(c) Leskard Road
In addition to the provisions as referred to in Section
5~ subsections 1 and 2 hereof, the land so designated RR-3
on the attached Schedule "X" attached hereto shall be sub-
ject to the following conditions:
No person shall within an RR-3 zone erect any building
or structure within the area shown as "Restricted Building
Area" on Schedule "X" attached hereto."
2. This By-law shall become effective on the date hereof~ subject
to Section 35 (10) of the Planning Act.

Certificate under section 35(27) of The Planning Act

I, Joseph M. McIlroy hereby certify that the notice for
By-Law No. 79-136 of The Corporation of the Town
of Newcastle, passed by the Council of the Corporation on
the 3rd day of December 1979 was given
in the manner and form and to the persons prescribed by
regulation made by the Lieutenant Governor-in-Council
under subsection 24 of section 35 of The Planning Act.
I also certify that the 21 day objection period expired on
February 7 1980 and to this date no notice of objection
or request for a change in the provisions of the by-law has
been filed by any person in the office of the Clerk.
