J - . . ~'" TI-IE CDRIDRATION OF TIill 1DWN OF NEWCASTLE BY-LAW No. 79-131 being a by-law to stop up and close all that portion of the original side line road allowance lying between Township lDts Eighteen (18) and Nineteen (19) in the Tenth Concession of the Geographic Township of Darlington, former County of Durham, designated as Parts One (1), Two (2), Three (3), Four (4), Five (5), Six (6) and Seven (7), on Plan 10R991 WHEREAS the CoW1cil of the Corporation of the Town of Newcastle deems it desirable to pass this by-law; AND WHEREAS notice of intention of Council to pass the said by-law in accordance with the requirements of Section 446 of the Municipal Act R.S.O. 1970, Chapter 284, was published in the Canadian Statesman on the " followi(.J cia tes: October 17 1979, October 24 1979, NOVEmber 7 1979. ANf\VHEREASO notice of the intention of the CoW1cil to pass this by-law was '':'.1 sen~ by registered mail to the Regional Municipality of Durham, on the 12th day of October 1979, and the Regional Council has granted approval to the proposed by-law. KJvV THEREFORE BE IT ENACffiD AND IT IS HEREBY ENACTED AS A BY-LAW OF TI-IE CDRIDRATION OF THE 1DWN OF NEWCAS'ILE AS FDLI..OVS: 1. That portion of the original side line road allowance in the Town of Newcastle hereinafter described is hereby stopped up and closed: ALL AND SINGULAR that certain parcel or tract of land and premises situate, lying and being in the Town of Newcastle, Regional Municipality of Durham, Province of Ontario, and being composed of all that portion of the original side line road allowance lying between Township lDts Eighteen (18), and Nineteen (19) in the Tenth Concession of the Geographic Township of llirlington, former County of Durham, rrore particularly designated as Parts One (1), Two (2), Three (3), Four (4), Five (5), Six (6) and Seven (7), according to Plan 10R991, deposited in the Land Registry Office for the Registry Division of Newcastle (#10) on July 12 1979. 2. Those portions of the aforesaid lands designated as Parts One (1), Three (3), Four (4), Five (5), Six (6) and Seven (7) according to Plan 10R991 shall be offered for sale to abutting owners.
