By-law Number 81- 71
a By-law to amend Restricted Area By-law
Number 1592, as amended, of the former
Township of Clarke.
WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Newcastle
deems it advisable to amend Restricted Area By-law 1592, as amended,
of the former Township of Clarke.
NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Newcastle
ENACTS as follows:
1.
Section 10.3 of By-law 1592, as amended, is hereby further
amended by adding thereto the following subsection (L):
"(L) A-13
Part Lot 25, Concession 7
.
Notwithstanding any provisions of this By-law to the
contrary, that part of Lot 25, Concession 7, designated
"A-13" on Schedule "A" hereto shall be used only in
accordance with the following provisions:
(1) Permitted Uses
(a) a commercial retail store, meaning a building
or part thereof in which goods, wares, mer-
chandise, substances, articles or things are
offered or kept for sale by retail directly
to the public.
(b) a restaurant, means a building or part thereof
in which food is prepared or sold for consumption
either on the premises or elsewhere, and shall

include a drive-in or take-out restaurant, and
a dining lounge or club where full course meals

are served, but shall not include a tavern, place
of assembly or food service establishment.

(c) a business office.
(d) one single family dwelling and buildings
and structures accessory thereto.
(2) Zone Provisions

(c) Front Yard (minimum)

This By-law shall become effective on the date hereof, subject
