THE CORPORATION OF THE
TOWN OF ~EWCASTLE
BY-LAW 81- 3'1
BEING A BY-LAW OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF NEWCASTLE TO
APPOINT A DEPUTY-TREASURER.
WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of section 218 of the Municipal Act,
R.S.0.,1970, the Council of a municipality may appoint a Deputy-Treasurer;
NOW THEREFORE, the Corporation of the Town of Newcastle by its Council
enacts as follows:-
1. That Kathryn Campbell is hereby appointed Deputy-Treasurer
for the Town of Newcastle effective June 1, 1981.
2. That Kathryn Campbell will be paid a salary as fixed by
Resolution of Council from time to time except that for the
year 1981 the salary will be $27,000 per annum.
