THE CORPORATION OF THE
TOWN OF NEWCASTLE
BY-LAW 81- S 6
BEING A BY-LAW OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF NEWCASTLE TO
APPOINT A TAX-COLLECTOR.
WHEREAS, as pursuant to the provisions of section 226 of the Municipal Act,
R.S.O., 1970, the Council of an municipality may appoint a Tax Collector;
NOW THEREFORE, the Corporation of the Town of Newcastle by its Council
enacts as follows:-
1. That Robert Bryden is hereby appointed Tax Collector for the
Town of Newcastle.
