BY-LAW 81- 53
BEING A BY-LAW TO RESCIND BY-LAW 74-11 BEING A BY-LAW TO
APPOINT THE DEPUTY-TREASURER/TAX COLLECTOR.
WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Newcastle deems it
desirable to split the duties of the Deputy-Treasurer/Tax Collector;
THEREFORE, the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Newcastle hereby
enacts as follows:-
1. By-Law 74-11 passed by the Council of the Corporation of the Town
of Newcastle at its meeting held on the 4th day of January, 1974,
be and the same is hereby rescinded.

By-Law read a first and second time this 4th day of May, 1981.
By-Law read a third and final time this ..1.1h.. day of ..M.q.-:y......., 1981.
