CORPORATION OF THE
TOWN OF NEWCASTLE
BY LAW 81- 43
Being a by-law to authorize the
engagement of Thorne Stevenson &
Kellogg, to develop a management
compensation system for all non-
affiliated staff, and for the
payment of consultant's fees from
the Administrative Improvement
Reserve Fund.
WHEREAS Council deems it desirable to develop a management
. compensation system for all non-affiliated staff;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT ENACTED AND IT IS HEREBY ENACTED as a
by-law of the Corporation of the Town of Newcastle by the
Council thereof as follows:
1.
The Corporation of the Town of Newcastle engage
Thorne Stevenson & Kellogg, to develop a salary administration
programme for all non-affiliated staff of the Town, at a
cost not to exceed Ten Thousand Dollars ($10,000.00).
2.
The Mayor and Clerk be authorized to sign an
agreement with Thorne Stevenson & Kellogg, to give effect
to paragraph (1) hereof.
3.
That the payment of the fees to Thorne Stevenson &
. Kellogg, be paid from the Administrative Improvement Reserve
