THE CORroRATION OF THE 'IDWN OF NEWCASTLE BY-LAW 81-4 being a by-law to stop up and close those portions of the road allowance between Concession Eight and Nine adjacent to lots 31 and 32, in the Geographic Township of Clarke, former County of Durham, now in the Town of Newcastle, in the Regional Municipality of Durham WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Newcastle deems it desirable to pass this by-law; AND WHEREAS notice of intention of the Council to pass the said by-law in accordance with the requirerrents of Section 446 of The Municipal Act, R.S.O. 1970, Chapter 284, was published in the Orono Weekly Times on the following dates: Decerr:ber 17 1980, December 24 1980, December 31 1980 and January 7 1981; AND WHEREAS notice of the intention of the Council to pass this by-law was sent by registered mail to the Regional Municipality of Durham, on the 8th day of December 1980, and the Regional Council has granted approval to the proposed by-law. row THEREFORE BE IT ENACI'ED AND IT IS HEREBY ENACI'ED AS A BY-LAW OF THE CORroRATION OF TIlE 'IDWN OF NEWCASTLE AS FOUDWS: . 1. Those portions of the road allowance in the Town of Newcastle hereinafter described are hereby stopped up and closed: .AIL AND SINGULAR those certain parcels or tracts of land and premises situate, lying and being in the Town of Newcastle, Regional Mtmicipality of Durham, Province of Ontario, and being composed of: FIRSTLY, all that portion of the original road allowance between Concessions Eight and Nine adjacent to lot Thirty-two (32) in the Geographic Township of Clarke, former County of Durham, IJX)re particularly designated as Parts Nine (9) and Ten (10) according to Plan 10R9l5. SEXX>NDLY, all that portion of the original road allowance between Concessions Eight (8) and Nine (9) adjacent to lots Thirty-one (31) and Thirty- U\o (32) in the Geographic Township of Clarke, forroor County of Durham, IJX)re particularly designated as Parts One (1), 'I\vo (2), Three (3) and Four (4) according to Plan 10Rl20l.
