THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF NEWCASTLE
BY-LAW
81-39
being a by-law to amend By-Law 80-147 being a
by-law to appoint Fence Viewers fn the Town of
Newcastle and for their remuneration
WHEREAS Section 2 of the Line Fences Act 1979 R.S.O. 1979,
Chapter 31 provides that the Council of every local municipality
shall by by-law appoint such number of fence viewers as are required
to carry out the provisions of the Act and the by-law shall fix
the per diem remuneration to be paid to the fence viewers, and
WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Newcastle
deems it advisable to appoint an additional fence viewer:
THEREFORE the Council of the Town of Newcastle hereby enacts
as follows:
THAT Section 1 of By-Law 80-147 be amended by adding the following:
H. Bruce Tink, R. R. 1, Hampton.

and finally passed this 23rd day of March 1981.
