THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF NEWCASTLE
BY-LAW 81-38
A By-Law to appoint a Town Clerk
The Municipal Council of the Town of Newcastle enacts as follows:
1. That David W. Oakes is hereby appointed Clerk Designate
of the Town of Newcastle with effect the 20th day of April 1981.
2. That David W. Oakes is hereby appointed Clerk of the Town
of Newcastle with effect the 1st day of May 1981 during
the pleasure of Council.

3. That By-Law 74-2 of the Town of Newcastle and any other
by-law not consistent with this by-law are repealed as of
the 1st day of May 1981.
By-Law read a first, second and third time
and finally passed in Council this 23rd day of March 1981.
