THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF NEWCASTLE
BY-LAW 81-26
being a by-law to amend By-Law 79-45 being a
by-law to provide for the payment of an expense
allowance to the Mayor and members of Council
Pursuant to the Municipal Act R.S.O. 1970, Chapter 284, Sections
389 and 389(a), the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Newcastle
hereby enacts as follows:
THAT By-Law 79-45 passed by the Council of the Corporation of the Town
of Newcastle is hereby amended by adding the following Section l(a)
l(a) That members of the Local Architectural Advisory
Committee be paid an allowance for automobile
mileage associated with the work of the Committee
at a rate in conformity with Council policy at
any given time.

By-Law read a first and second time this 23rd day of February 1981.
By-Law read a third time and finally passed this 23rd day of February 1981.
