THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF NEWCASTLE
BY-LAW 81-175
being a by-law to authorize the execution of
an agreement with Sandringham Inc.
THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF NEWCASTLE ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. THAT Sandringham Inc., be provided with an easement for the
construction and maintenance of a Storm Sewer Project, over part
of Block 12, of Registered Plan M-747.
2. THAT the Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized to execute the
transfer of Easement Documents on behalf of the Corporation of the
Town of Newcastle and seal with the Corporation Seal the transfer
of Easement in favour of Sandringham Inc., dated the
day of 1981.
BY-LAW READ a first and second time this 2nd day of November 1981
