THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF NEWCASTLE By-Law No. 81-170 Being a by-law to amend Restricted Area By-law Number 2111, as amended, of the former Township of Darlington, now in the Town of Newcastle. WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Newcastle deems it advisable to amend Restricted Area By-law 2111, as amended, of the former Township of Darlington. enacts as follows:- NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the Town of Newcastle 1. Section 13 of By-law 2111, as amended, is hereby further amended by adding thereto subsection (ii) as follows:- "(ii) Part of Lot 32, Concession 2 Notwithstanding any provisions of this By-law to the contrary, that portion of Lot 32 designated "SPECIAL PROVISION BY-LAW 81-170 on the attached Schedule "A" hereto shall be used only in accordance with the following provisions: (1) Permitted Uses (i) one single family detached dwelling and structures accessory thereto on a fully se rviced lot. . (2) Lands Subject to Flooding No person shall erect or alter any building or structure or remove or place any fill, whether originating on site or off, within the fill and and construction limits of the tributary of the Farewell Creek, as designated by the Central Lake Ontario Conservation Authority, without the prior written permission and/or approval of the Central Lake Ontario Conservation Authority. (3) Zone Provisions -. (a) Lot Area (minimum) (b) Lot Frontage (minimum) (c) Front Yard (minimum) (d) InteriorSide Yard (minimum) (e) Exterior Side Yard (minimum) (f) Rear Yard (minimum) (i) single family dwelling (ii) accessory building or structure J File NO..cu.&.Q.,.;J,5.J.'I..Q........ Map 21 of Schedule "A" to By-law 2111, as amended, is hereby further amended by changing to SPECIAL PROVISION BY-LAW 81- the zone designation of the lands designated "ZONE CHANGE TO SPECIAL PROVISION BY-LAW 81-170 "on the attached Schedule "X" hereto. 3. This By-law shall come into effect on the date hereof, subject to the provisions of Section 35 (10) of the Planning Act. .
