THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF NEWCASTLE BY-LAW NO. 81-149 being.a by-law to authorize the conveyance of a one foot reserve being designated as Parts 2 and 3 on Reference Plan 10R-943 WHEREAS the Corporation of the Town of Newcastle entered into a Development Agreement with Newcastle Lodge for Senior and Family Dwellings dated the 30th day of October, 1980 which Agreement was registered in the Registry Office for the Registry Division of Newcastle (No. 10}on the 21st day of November, 1980 as Instru- ment 'No. 101140; AND WHEREAS under the terms of the aforesaid Development Agreement, The corporation of the Town of Newcastle covenanted and agreed "to convey to Newcastle Lodge for Senior and Family Dwellings Parts 2 ~and 3, plan 10R-943 upon certain conditions; AND WHEREAS Newcastle Lodge for Senior and Family Dwellings has fulfilled the aforesaid conditions. NOW THEREFORE BE IT ENACTED AND IT IS HEREBY ENACTED AS A BY-LAW OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF NEWCASTLE AS FOLLOWS: 1. The corporation of the Town of Newcastle convey to Newcastle Lodge for Senior and Family Dwellings the lands and premises known as Parts 2 and 3, plan 10R-943. 2. The Mayor and the Clerk of the Corporation be, and they are authorized to execute a Deed to give effect to the foregoing. BY-LAW READ a first and second time.. this 21st day of September , 1981.
