THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF NEWCASTLE
BY-LAW 81-148
BEING a By-Law of the Corporation of the Town of Newcastle
to appoint a Tax Collector
THE MUNICIPAL CouncfT of the Corporation of the Town of Newcastle hereby,
ENACTS AS FOLLOWS;
1. That Robert Bryden is hereby appointed Tax-Collector to the
Town of Newcastle during the pleasure of Council;
2. That Robert Bryden shall be paid for his services such sum annually
in accordance with the terms and conditions as set out in schedule
"A" attached hereto.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF APPOINTMENT OF ROBERT BRYDEN
The following shall be the terms and conditions of the employment of Mr. Robert
Bryden as Tax Collector for the Town of Newcastle, namely:
1. Robert Bryden shall continue his employment with the Corporation
of the Town of Newcastle as Tax Collector.
2. The duties and responsibility of the Tax Collector are those established
by By-Law No. 81-148as may be amended from time to time.
3. Robert Bryden shall be remunerated in accordance with the Town's
policy in respect to the compensation for non-affiliated staff and
more specifically shall be paid at a salary Grade 10 Job Rate.
4. Robert Bryden shall be entitled to all and other employee benefits
enjoyed by all other non-affiliated staff as may be determined from
time to time.
