THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF NEWCASTLE

BY-LAW NO. 81- l45
Being a by-law to appoint a Facilities Manager.
THE MUNICIPAL COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF
NEWCASTLE HEREBY ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. That Mr. F. Payne is hereby appointed
Facilities Manager of the Town of Newcastle
during the pleasure of Council.
2. That Mr. F. Payne shall be paid for
his services such sum annually, in accordance
with the terms and conditions as set out in
Schedule "A" attached hereto.

BY-LAW READ a first time this 21st day of September, 1981.
BY-LAW READ a second time this 21st day of September, 1981.
BY-LAW READ a third time and FINALLY PASSED this 21st day
of September, 1981.

SCHEDULE "A"
TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF APPOINTMENT
OF FRED PAYNE
The following shall be the terms and conditions
of the employment of Mr. Fred Payne, as Fa~i1ities Manager
of the Town of Newcastle, namely:
1. Effective September 22nd, 1981, Fred Payne
shall commence his employment with the
Corporation of the Town of Newcastle
as Facilities Manager.
2. The duties and responsibilities of the
Facilities Manager are those established
by By-Law No. 81-145 , as may be amended
from time to time.
3. Mr. Fred Payne shall be remunerated in
accordance with the Town's policy in
respect of the compensation for non-
affiliated staff and more specifically,
shall be paid a Salary Grace (10),
job rate.
4. Mr. Fred Payne shall be entitled to all
other employee benefits enjoyed by all other
non-affiliated staff as may be determined
from time to time.
