THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF NEWCASTLE

BY-LAW 81-142
Being a By-Law of the Corporation of the Town of Newcastle to
appoint a Deputy-Treasurer.
THE MUNICIPAL Council of the Corporation of the Town of Newcastle hereby,
ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:
1. That John Blanchard is hereby appointed Deputy-Treasurer of the
Town of Newcastle during the pleasure of Council;
2, That John Blanchard shall be paid for his services such sum annually
in accordance with the terms and conditions as set out in schedule
"All attached hereto.

Schedule "A"
TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF APPOINTMENT OF JOHN BLANCHARD
The following shall be the terms and conditions of the employment of Mr. John
Blanchard as Deputy-Treasurer of the Town of Newcastle, namely:
1. Effective October 5th, 1981 John Blanchard shall commence employment
with the Town of Newcastle as the Deputy-Treasurer.
2. Duties and responsiblity of the Deputy-Treasurer are those established
by By-Law No. 81~42 as may be amended from time to time.
3. John Blanchard shall be remunerated in accordance with the Town's policy
in respect to the compensation for non-affiliated staff and more
specifically shall be paid at salary Grade 13, Step 3.
4. John Blanchard shall be entitled to all and other employee benefits
enjoyed by all other non-affiliated staff as may be determined from
time to time,
