THE CORPORATION OF THE
TOWN OF NEWCASTLE
By-law Number 8l-132
being a by-law to amend By-law No. 76-25, as
amended, of the Corporation of the Town of
Newcas tle .
NOW THEREFORE the Council of the Corporation of the Town of
Newcastle Enacts as follows:-
1. Section II of By-law 76-25, as amended, of the Corporation
of the Town of Newcastle is hereby further amended by adding
thereto the following "SPECIAL CONDITION 8":

"SPECIAL CONDITION 8
8.l Defined Area
The lands subject to this "SPECIAL CONDITION" comprises
part of Lots 28, 29 and 246, Block 'A', Hanning's Plan
of the former Town of Bowmanville, situate on the north-
west corner of the intersection of King Street and George
Street.
8.2 Permitted Signs
In addition to the signs permitted by Section 8 of this
By-law and notwithstanding any other provisions of this
By-law, to the contrary, a ground identification sign
having a maximum sign area of 40 square feet, shall be
.
permitted within the "Defined Area".
2.
This By-law shall come into effect on the date of the final
passing he reof .
